The farm is located in North Kynouria, Peloponnese, Greece, in a quite and pristine place where the temperature variations are mild and the sunlight exposure is high.

The farm place has been strategically selected several years ago, because it is being protected by cold winter winds that could severely harm the olive trees. A carefully designed irrigation system has been implemented for the right watering of each tree during the dry weather periods.

The unique microclimate of the area in combination with its unique soil composition and growing practices assures productivity of unique in texture and taste Greek green olive fruits at the great size of up to 70 pieces per kilo.

These fruits compose an endemic variety known as "Kynouria Donkey Olives".
