"Premium Olives" was established by the young farmer Mr. Ioannis Polymenakos to promote the best and unique Greek olive products.
His farm is located in North Kynouria, Peloponnese, Greece, in a quite and pristine place at an altitude of 160 m and ~3500 m distance from the sea (Myrtoo Pelagos, Aegean Sea) where nature reigns supreme and the weather and soil is privileged. Olive cultivation is closely linked with the tradition of the area. Some of the oldest olive trees in the world are placed in Kynouria like the 2000 years old olive tree in the village of Koutroufa.
Mr. Polymenakos follows the traditional methods to harvest the olive fruits by hand-picking in order to get the best quality results.
His farm produces a special variety of the "Kynouria Donkey Olives". The major characteristics of this green olive is its great size combined with its excellent texture and taste. These are the biggest olives in the world that make delicious table olives.
